FAQ'S

  1. HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL? We travel all over, bringing our services to you to make your special day that much easier. Travel fees and Airfare for destination weddings are required.

  2. HOW DO WE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? Email us at: glamourteamservices@gmail.com and our booking team will respond regarding availability for your date and guide you through the booking process.

  3. ARE TRIALS NECESSARY? HOW LONG DO TRIALS TAKE? To get the best results, having a trial is beneficial to you and the stylist to see what look you desire. Once a trial is finished, any changes that need to be made will be done and you will leave knowing your ideas have been achieved, without any unexpected situations. Trials take anywhere from 1.5-2hrs for the complete look, and consultation.

  4. HOW LONG DOES HAIR & MAKEUP TAKE? For hair, it depends on how much hair you have, hair type, and what style we are trying to achieve. An estimate of 30 minutes is ideal. Makeup can also be anywhere from 20-45 minutes, with Brides being a little longer to spend more time on fine details. 

  5. ARE TOUCH-UPS INCLUDED? Please see our different packages we offer in regards to touch-up options. See and click the page PACKAGES. 

  6. DO YOU OFFER ANY GROUP PACKAGES? Yes!!! Please refer to PACKAGES page. Inquire and email us for more info.

 

POLICIES

  • Deposit: To reserve your date and time, a 50% deposit of the total balance that’s non-refundable is required, along with our signed contract. Booking process is a first come first serve basis. Scheduling a trial doesn’t guarantee/reserve a client the date, or the preferred stylist as well. Our Availability changes at any given moment, early booking is highly recommended.

  • Cancelation Policy: If for any reason the date is canceled, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us by email: glamourteamservices@gmail.com and phone: (925) 719-0988 / (650) 619-9921 no later than 30 Days notice is required. The full balance will still be in effect if the Client has failed to inform in time.

  • Changing the contracted schedule : We are at times booked with more than one event a day, especially Weekends during high seasons. Client can request changes at least 30 days prior to event date; client will be accommodated with what’s available.

  • To Add or Cancel any Services: Adding services will be based upon availability. If a client needs to cancel any booked services, a notice of 30 days is required via email; otherwise client is fully responsible for the total cost per signed contract.

  • Travel : Local travel, tolls and parking fees vary on the location. Hotel parking fees will be charged to the final bill or hotel room on the day of the event if parking fee is required

  • Accommodations: Are required if travel exceeds 60 miles and start time is prior to 8AM

  • Early bookings: On location before 8AM will have an additional cost of $70 per hour, per contracted stylist.

  • Prices and information on this site are subject to change without notice

  • Destination Weddings & Events: Airfare, Accommodations and Transportation will be required for all Glamour Team members traveling. All charges will be included in final invoice, and signed off by Glamour Team and Client.
